Analyzes recursion in artistic computation, suggesting new perspectives on mathematical art.
The originality of this research lies in the integration of mathematical analysis and artisticcomputation within a single interpretive framework.Previous studies have examined Pingala’s methods primarily from historical, philological,or mathematical perspectives. The present work extends those approaches by exploring howrecursive combinatorial structures may simultaneously function as generators of visual systems, algorithmic architectures, and information-based artistic forms. The project therefore operates at the intersection of the history of mathematics, computational humanities, and generative art. Rather than treating numerical structures as statichistorical artifacts, it investigates their dynamic behavior as evolving recursive systems capableof producing geometric organization and visual complexity. This interdisciplinary perspective constitutes the principal contribution of the research.
