The current Paper 57 benchmark does not claim that exact Standard Model masses, gauge charges, or all particle decays have already been derived from first principles. It does show that the verified QGEFT motif-mining pipeline now resolves the full hierarchy mechanism across two sharply separated cosmological epochs. In the primordial window `60-61`, the universe behaves like a particle factory: `path-4` appears `16379` times, `tailed-triangle` appears `5611` times, and the explicit decay channel `tailed-triangle -> path-4` fires `294054` times, while the denser motif is punished more strongly by the stress law (`-5.4825` versus `-2.2945`). In the late cold window `900-950`, the sparse `path-4` motif dominates with `40812` lifetime tracks and longest survival `48/51`, while the densest `tetrahedron` survives for only `1` frame. The defensible conclusion is therefore that QGEFT cooling behaves like a two-stage particle-selection engine: dense motifs are produced and shed in the hot primordial regime, but only low-stress first-generation motifs remain stable in the mature universe.
