Preprint examines numerical compatibility of magnet system with observer-split model, suggesting future tests.
This author-posted preprint examines whether the sparse numerical constraints reported by Roshchin and Godin for a rotating rare-earth-magnet system are quantitatively compatible with an observer-split source-response model. It encodes the reported onset, magnitude, and rotation-direction reversal in a gated phenomenological response law and proposes residual-force and scaling tests for future controlled experiments. The historical effect remains unconfirmed; this work does not report an independent replication or establish a new force mechanism. Extended derivations, data tables, figures, spreadsheet calculations, and Python/Stan reproducibility materials are available at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20370776.
