Restricted snapshot documents findings on bandlimited operators and spectral statistics in mathematical networks, highlighting new developments.
This restricted priority deposit records the state of the Sinc-GUE VacuumResearch Program as of 8 June 2026. The program studies sinc-modulatednon-Toeplitz Hermitian networks, exact bandlimited operators, finite-sizespectral statistics, arithmetic resonance diagnostics, projectedKaluza-Klein modes, and a holographic vacuum-scale prescription. The package contains a 12-page preprint, LaTeX source, five central figures, selected research documentation, numerical scripts and caches, Lean4 formalsources, a scientific correction audit, and SHA-256 manifests. The strongest reproduced results include a finite grand-ensemble gap-ratiomeasurement of <r> = 0.5976 +/- 0.0110, exact bandlimited operator identities,a finite prime-power shuffle-control signal, validated projected modes, andthe geometric holographic vacuum-scale calculation. The deposit alsopreserves negative controls and the documented boundaries of the currentclaims. This record is a restricted, timestamped, versioned research snapshot. It isnot a peer-reviewed publication.
