The article examines the scientific career of Doctor of Psychology, Professor V.V. Spasennikov who is the Editor-in-Chief of the journal “Ergodesign” at Bryansk State Technical University, a full member of three public academies, an expert of the Russian Academy of Sciences, a member of the Expert Council of the Higher Attestation Commission (VAK) of the Russian Federation in Cognitive Sciences, and a member of the editorial boards of the journals “Pedagogical Research”, “Man and Education”, and “Economics of Science”. The presented review and interview reflect the most interesting and important events in the official, scientific, and pedagogical activities of the jubilarian.
