The COVID-19 pandemic was an unprecedented global challenge, revealing the strengths and weaknesses of health systems worldwide. In Africa, numerous challenges existed before the pandemic, and the health crisis highlighted the need for deep and systemic reform. This article examines the health policies implemented in post-COVID Africa, giving as examples on the cases of Morocco, Senegal, and Rwanda. We will explore how these countries responded to the pandemic, what reforms were undertaken, and which priorities emerged to strengthen the resilience and efficiency of their health systems.
