This Annex n. 1 is related to the hypothesis of the Rhythmic Quantum Mechanics (RQM) [1]. The aim of this document is to present the numerical values of some fundamental quantities used in RQM to measure the basic quantum cycle of the photon, considering: A) the values of the fundamental physics; B) the values resulted from the application of the RQM theory.
