This paper introduces the 'Strategic Integrity Frameworks', an architectural methodology designed to achieve autonomous operational integrity in high-velocity enterprise environments. By integrating the Theory of Constraints with predictive governance models, this framework provides a deterministic validation fabric that outperforms traditional reactive Quality Assurance. The work addresses systemic operational bottlenecks and provides a scalable technical foundation for United States critical infrastructure resilience, aligning directly with the National Institute of Standards and Technology Artificial Intelligence Risk Management Framework and the Manufacturing USA 2035 roadmap.
