A non-experimental research design has been steered following a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through a field survey using an interview schedule from March to May 2021. Seven issues regarding the health limits of the elderly were brought into this study. The study reveals that more than 61% of the elderly did not lift or carry out groceries due to health limits. Different sociodemographic factors were associated with the health limits of the elderly during the pandemic i.e., age, sex, education, and religion. Age had the most significant influence on the vigorous act performance of the elderly. It endorses healthy life practices as well as family support to overcome the health limits of the elderly, particularly in rural areas of Bangladesh during the pandemic situation. Special care and policy during the pandemic can be solicited to the health limits of the rural elderly.
