The study introduces an Intersectionality Digital Transformation Model for the African Union's Agenda 2063, an original addition to the AU's knowledge base that utilises intersectional digital transformation and artificial intelligence. The conceptual method and desktop research comparison reveal that digital transformation, artificial intelligence development, and implementation lack organisation or coordination. The report suggests adopting a unified AI development and deployment strategy rooted in African values and capable of addressing African concerns.
