Finalized Version 22 (v22) of the RG-S theoretical framework, establishing a fully predictive, multi-messenger cosmological model derived from the Multiscale Entanglement Renor-malization Ansatz (MERA) on a tridimensional tetrahedral quantum grid. Erratum and Statement of Correction Regarding v21In Version 21 of this framework, a conceptual and numerical oversight was made regarding theweak lensing hysteresis forecasts in massive cluster mergers (formerly Section 8.1). I erroneouslyequated the total dynamic hysteresis offset generated by the unsuppressed Proca-vector fielddirectly with the immediate spatial offset reported in weak-lensing mass centroid maps. Thisunmitigated scaling yielded macroscopic spatial separations (∆x ∼ 826 kpc for the Musket Ballcluster) that violently conflict with contemporary observational data from the Hubble SpaceTelescope and Subaru. I take full personal and academic responsibility for this miscalculation,which stemmed from an incomplete application of the framework’s internal boundary conditions.The current Version 22 comprehensively rectifies this error.
