The rainbow is traditionally treated as an optical phenomenon, quantum mechanics as a probabilistic framework, and relativity as a geometric constraint. This paper demonstrates that these three domains are not separate. They are projections of a single deterministic generator refracted through relativistic curvature. The resulting projection produces a quantized spectral sequence whose macroscopic expression is the rainbow and whose microscopic behavior is quantum mechanics. Spectral bands correspond to stable eigenstates of the generator, gradients correspond to phase transitions, and symmetry emerges from a fixed inversion axis. Reproduction and propagation arise naturally as spectral recurrence and spectral drift across cycles. This architecture unifies deterministic relativity, quantum mechanics, and macroscopic spectral structure under one mechanism.
