This paper presents a novel structural and physical framework addressing the "Hard Problem of Consciousness" by mapping physical brain states and subjective experiences onto the "Information Plane." Using John Archibald Wheeler’s "It from bit" paradigm and Landauer's Principle, it models subjective consciousness—defined as Systemic Distress (𝒯)—as a qualitative emergence arising from the computational friction between the Homeostatic Survival Code (K₁) and Entropic Decay (K₀) within the central nervous system.
