Foslevodopa/Foscarbidopa Reduces Troublesome Dyskinesia in People with Advanced Parkinson’s Disease in Two Phase Three Clinical Trials (P3-17.011) | Synapse
The study aims to assess the effectiveness of foslevodopa/foscarbidopa in reducing troublesome dyskinesia in advanced Parkinson’s disease.
Conducted two phase 3 clinical trials focusing on patients with advanced Parkinson's disease.
Treatment with foslevodopa/foscarbidopa was the primary intervention evaluated.
Significant reduction in troublesome dyskinesia was observed in patients treated with foslevodopa/foscarbidopa compared to baseline.
Results demonstrated effective management of dyskinesia symptoms in advanced Parkinson's disease patients.
Abstract
To evaluate reductions of troublesome dyskinesia (TSD) in people with advanced Parkinson’s disease (aPD) following treatment with foslevodopa/foscarbidopa (LDp/CDp) in two phase 3 clinical trials.
