In situ apatite U-Pb, fission track and (U-Th)/He triple dating using a simple embedding approach

The repository does contain software and user manuals to apply in-situ dating of grains with the (U-Th)/He, fission track and U-Pb method. The czmac files are macros that can be used with a Zeiss LSM900 microscope to do grain acquisition and pit volume measurements. The macros do contain instructions and in addition we also provide user manuals. The mlappinstall files are Matlab Apps installers that can be used to count fission tracks and analyse LA-ICP-MS data generated with an Agilent 7900 ICP-MS. User Manuals are embedded in the Apps and accessible through the menu.
