Growth stunting remains a critical public health challenge in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs), with profound implications for neurodevelopment. While nutritional supplementation is the standard of care, the synergistic role of exercise in mitigating cognitive deficits is under-explored. This scoping review aims to map the available evidence regarding physical activity interventions and their impact on positive outcomes especially cognitive outcomes in stunted children within LMIC contexts. A systematic search was conducted across PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar databases (2007–2026).
