Supplementary data reveals vessel noise impacts on free-ranging dolphins through drone and hydrophone tracking techniques.
This pack of files consists the supplementary data of paper " Beyond approach distance: A drone–hydrophone integrated framework for quantifying vessel noise masking risk to free ranging wild dolphins"The files includes:1. The csv file of all 145 passage of drone-tracked dolphin watching boat. including track name, frame #, x, y image coordinate, lat, lon and time stemp. 2. Trained weight and results of YOLO model to track boat 3. Drone video with YOLO boat traking applied and the track csv files. (the rectangle box indicating tracked boat and the accumulated tracks were illustrated over video) 4. labled dataset to train YOLO model. (splited into test, train and valid folders) 5. A raw drone video with the SRT file and tracked csv file. 6. Tagged maritime vessel tracking experiment data including raw drone videos, SRT files, tracks and the VBOX export file.
