This positivist study examined how FinTech Strategic Adoption (FSA) influences Sustainability Performance (SP) through Sustainable Digital Innovation (SDI) in Bangalore's banking sector. Using a quantitative cross-sectional design, data were collected from 320 public and private bank employees through structured Likert-scale questionnaires. Stratified random sampling targeted digital, operations, and ESG roles. PLS-SEM analysis with Smart PLS 4 confirmed strong reliability and validity. Findings showed that FSA significantly predicts SDI (β=0.535, p<0.001), while SDI strongly improves SP (β=0.486, p<0.001). SDI also partially mediates the relationship between FSA and SP (indirect β=0.260, p<0.001; R²=0.450). The study concludes that sustainability-focused digital innovation is the key mechanism linking FinTech strategies with measurable ESG and sustainability outcomes in banking.
