Abstract

TQNT-V5. 7 v1. 3 is the consolidated monograph covering the entire V5. 5 → V5. 14 cascade in 23 pages. It collects 14 validated results at the <3% level and 1 explicitly falsified scenario (V5. 13 topological inflation), with V5. 14 R² correction restoring consistency with Planck/BICEP-Keck. The cascade structure is: SU (2) ₁35 Chern-Simons → V5 conformal metric → emergent Einstein equations (V5. 8) → gravitational waves (V5. 9) → Kerr-V5 sector (V5. 10a/b) → FLRW cosmology (V5. 11) → CMB perturbations (V5. 12) → topological inflation falsified (V5. 13) → R² Starobinsky correction (V5. 14). All results inherit κg from V5. 7 (0. 05%), so the gravitational and cosmological sectors carry no additional free parameter.
