Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC) is a rare genetic disorder involving fibrofatty replacement of myocardial tissue,1 leading to ventricular arrhythmia and an increased risk of sudden cardiac death.2 Diagnosis remains challenging because of heterogeneous clinical presentations and often requires multimodal evaluation, including imaging, electrocardiography, and histopathological analysis.3–5
