We have redetermined the orbital elements of HR 8584 using new data. We have been unable to resolve the discordance between elements obtained by Albitzky (1933) and by Harper (1933) using virtually simultaneous observations, but our elements are in excellent agreement with Albitzky's. We find that this system may have apsidal motion with a period of 260 years.
