PHILIA-EcoSensory Swarm — Phase SC-9b Results Report: Integrated Remeasurement with Prep-Standard Generator and Substrate-Class-Conditional AC1 Modulation Test Across n=182 Substrates

We report the results of PHILIA Phase SC-9b, a pre-registered confirmatory analysis and integrated remeasurement superseding SC-8 (73rd DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20621215) and SC-9a (75th DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20667352) for all synthetic-family analyses generated prior to the Cycle 17 prep-standard lock. SC-9b applies the locked v32 self-raw × 3-channel normalization apparatus with the prep-standard generator (philia_sc8_synthetic_prep.py) to n=182 substrates across four families (RealWorld n=90, Synthetic n=44, Physics n=18, Financial n=30) under independent seeds [77–81] (T=80,000; 910 total runs, 910 successful). Three pre-registered hypotheses were tested (α_per=0.05 each; Pre-registration v0.2 §3.6 statistical independence rationale): H-SC9b-Primary (AC1 7-strata binary monotonicity, 6/6 MW U one-tailed): NOT CONFIRMED. 0/6 adjacent pairs passed; Spearman ρ(strata_idx, mean_z)=−0.857, p=0.014. Cause: substrate-class-conditional AC1 modulation across heterogeneous family composition. H-SC9b-Secondary (AR vs Chaos OLS interaction β₄(AC1×class)>0): NOT CONFIRMED. β₄=−0.0755, p_one=0.776, partial η²=0.017 (small effect). VIF(class)=58.15 confirms quasi-multicollinearity (L-7 NEW permanently confirmed). H-SC9b-Tertiary (Traffic+Environment ρ(MSE,z)≥+0.85, 4th replication): NOT CONFIRMED. ρ=+0.8492 (Δ=0.0008 below threshold); p_one<10⁻⁹. All four independent replications (SC-7 through SC-9b) yield ρ∈[+0.849,+0.875]. Key exploratory findings: E-2 AR(1) φ-sweep ρ=−0.9856 (4th independent replication, strongest result to date; SC-2: −0.9636, SC-8: −0.9711, SC-9a: −0.9752). E-4 substrate-class-conditional AC1 modulation raw-confirmed: Synthetic/AR ρ(AC1,z)=−0.984, RealWorld=−0.334, Synthetic/Chaos=−0.092 — three qualitatively distinct mechanisms. E-5 AR conjoint redundancy ρ(AC1,MSE)=−0.9684 RE-CONFIRMED. E-1 4-family Cochran's Q=6.12, p=0.106 (Homogeneous; heterogeneity progressively decreasing from SC-8). The cumulative evidence now favors substrate-class-specific modulation over a universal AC1 monotonicity law.
