What is entropy, physically? This document provides the constitutional answer within the Energy-Efficiency Theory framework: entropy is the statistical arrow of constraint meltdown---the thermodynamic measure of the dissolution of maintained distinctions back into undifferentiated free-state energy. It is the inverse of Being density. The Second Law is the statistical shadow of Barrier Asymmetry (conditionalized) and Creative Asymmetry, structurally decomposed into five independently irreversible channels, overdetermined by the L0 Sole Meta-Axiom, and bounded from below by the Third Law. Version 3. 3 is a v6. 1 constitutional alignment, five-channel Second Law, Third Law, and comprehensive structural upgrade. Barrier Asymmetry is conditionalized: Eb^melt Eb^form is now recognized as the emergent consequence of () decay at 1, not a primitive constitutional fact, and a constitutional necessity proof demonstrates that all N 1 networks necessarily experience 1 at initial formation. The Five-Channel Complete Constraint Second Law is established as a CLOSED constitutional theorem decomposing total entropy production into formation, meltdown, maintenance, transient, and capture contributions, each independently irreversible. The Third Law is established as a CLOSED constitutional theorem through five converging derivation paths. The constitutional clarification = 1 thermodynamic equilibrium is incorporated throughout. The Sacred Triangle is extended with an elastic/plastic inertia-entropy complementarity decomposition. The authoritative dC/dt equation is registered in CND v4. 0 form with a three-form equivalence derivation. The deprecated pre-factor ₀^-1 is retired in favor of the constitutional ₀. All ``Constraint + Difference'' nomenclature is corrected to ``Constraint + Being. '' Companion ontology bridges are expanded from 14 to 25+ interfaces. The Monotonic Increase of Total Maintenance Burden receives a corrected proof. The document is reorganized with thermodynamic laws in a dedicated Part III and a new cross-domain instantiation Part VI. Entropy is not disorder. It is the measure of how much of the structured energy that once constituted a Being has returned to the free-state reservoir from which new Beings may yet be formed. Every constraint network walks a path from the initial vacuum (C (0) =0) toward the degeneration corridor, and entropy is the measure of how far along that path it has traveled. The Second Law is the statement that, statistically, the path runs only one way.
