Demonstrates an intelligent system for real-time UV intensity monitoring, indicating its application in disinfection.
In this paper, an intelligent data acquisition system based on silicon carbide (SiC) ultraviolet photodetector is designed and implemented. The system uses a UV photodiode made of SiC material as the sensing core, a Raspberry Pi Pico W as the main control board, and integrates Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) dual-mode wireless communication modules, which can flexibly select the transmission method according to the on-site network conditions to ensure that the monitoring data is stable and uploaded to the cloud or local server in real time. The system develops host computer monitoring software based on the WPF framework, which integrates functions such as data reception, historical query, real-time curve display, and threshold warning, and supports visual monitoring on multiple terminals such as PCs and tablets. This system can meet the urgent need for accurate and real-time measurement of UV irradiation intensity in the field of disinfection monitoring and other fields.
