Guidelines support professionalism and system development in career guidance associations across Central and Eastern Europe.
These guidelines are addressed to board members and active leaders of professional associations of career guidance practitioners. They draw on a substantial body of primary research produced within the CEEGAF project (Central and Eastern European Guidance Association Forum), which studied the functioning of four associations - MPT Career Guidance Division (Hungary), SKPKR (Czech Republic), ZKPRK (Slovakia), and ACROM (Romania) - between November 2024 and April 2025. They are intended as a practical reference, not as an audit tool or a set of abstract aspirations.
