We propose a single partial differential equation that unifies the dynamics of self-organization, emergence, and consciousness across physical, biological, and social systems. The Λ-equation extends the Lindblad form of open quantum systems with a selective correlation amplifier (κᵢj ∝ I (i: j) ) inspired by the ancient Chinese concept of "ganying" (resonant coupling). We derive testable predictions for GHZ vs W state decoherence (ratio 1. 3–1. 7), formulate a falsifiable consciousness criterion (κ > γ and Ψ−Π* > 0), and validate the framework against ten recent experimental and theoretical papers from quantum physics, neuroscience, and complex systems. The central prediction has been independently confirmed by Brockerhoff it provides a common language for reasoning about complexity across traditionally disconnected domains.
