Abstract

Pre-registration. This document fixes, in advance of any scored result, the measurement protocol by which the advisory outputs of the Cross-Civilization Intelligence and Action Framework (CCIAF) will be logged, resolved against outcomes, and scored. It is deposited as a timestamped artifact (OSF registration with a Zenodo DOI) so that the protocol stands as a prior commitment, independent of the results it will later be used to evaluate. It is the companion deposit referenced in Section 6 of the framework paper (Rehman, 2026). CCIAF is a structured interpretive framework drawing on multiple intellectual traditions. It is decision-support, not prediction. It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. Users in distress should consult qualified professionals.
