Study investigates extremal problems in meromorphic functions, revealing new estimates for growth characteristics.
The extremal problems in the space of meromorphic functions on upper half-plane of order greater than one with respect to the model function are studed. The method for studying is based on the theory of Fourier coefficients of meromorphic functions on upper half-plane. The concept of just meromorphic function on upper half-plane is introduced. Using lemma on the Pólya peaks and the Parseval equality, we estimate from below the upper limit of relation of the characteristics of the grows of meromorphic functions on the upper half plane.
