Abstract

서 론 대한민국은 1965년 홍역 단가 백신을 도입하였고, 1983 년 홍역-볼거리-풍진(measles-mumps-rubella, MMR) 혼합 백신을 국가 예방접종에 포함하였다.그럼에도 1990년대 초 반까지 반복적인 유행이 발생하여 1997년 4-6세 연령군에게 2차 접종을 추가하는 정책을 도입하였다
