Abstract

CDN-316: The Sigma-Delta Demand Curve is a reproducible covariance-admission budget for the CDN-313 multi-ODF Doppler candidate packet. This artifact translates the missing sigmadelta field into explicit product-level demand curves. It refits the CDN-313 signed-radial diagnostic, estimates unit-weight coefficient stress, applies row-block penalties as a proxy for increasingly severe time correlation, and records the covariance fields still required before replay promotion. The result is intentionally diagnostic. CDN-316 preserves replay quarantine: no sigmadelta, no admissible covariance weighting, no covariance-weighted replay, and no detection claim.
