Novel methodology transforms neutrino mixing metrics using twisted bilayer graphene, indicating new detection methods.
In this paper, we propose a novel foundational methodology termed "neutrino arbitrage," based on the non-local topological interaction between a controlled twisted bilayer graphene (tBLG) heterostructure and the Cosmic Neutrino Background (CNB). We hypothesize that the dynamic modulation of tBLG at the magic angle (θ ≈ 1.1°) generates localized emergence of an effective pseudo-gravitational and topological gauge metric, directly modifying the local neutrino flavor oscillation probabilities via an induced geometric Berry phase shift. We introduce a formal mathematical framework that treats the neutrino flux as a fundamental informational manifold. By regularizing the topological phase-shifting operator T̃(t) within strict information-theoretic limits and introducing the governing Helmholtz free energy constraints under the Landauer dissipation limit, we demonstrate that the engineered moiré substrate acts as an active, reflexive computational medium. This methodology provides a non-destructive alternative to massive particle shielding, shifting the paradigm from passive particle detection to active effective vacuum metric engineering.
