Abstract

The Human Algorithm in Cricket (HAiC) is an original analytical framework that reads the human system beneath cricket's statistics. Where conventional analytics records what happened, HAiC explains why, diagnosing the conditions that turn talent into results or waste, and prescribing what to change. Built in two connected branches spanning the individual player and the whole team, it delivers three practical outputs: a system diagnosis, an optimal team formation, and a readiness verdict for each player. HAiC works across every format and level of cricket, and has already been applied across multiple teams over a full season of public analysis. This concept note establishes the framework's existence, scope, and sole authorship as a matter of record.
