This article examines the theoretical and practical foundations of integrating inclusive values into the educational process. Modern scientific approaches to inclusive education, including legal, social, pedagogical, and competency-based perspectives, are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to ensuring equal opportunities, addressing individual educational needs, and fostering an inclusive culture within educational institutions. The findings indicate that the effective integration of inclusive values contributes to improving educational quality and strengthening the principles of social justice
