This is a short paper offering an overview of the key findings related to a cosmological model resulting from a generalized application of Lorentz transformations into an extra-dimension. The exact algebraic construction is provided inside another work which I will quote subsequently. This paper considers different concerns from the longer one. Whereas the previous work builds towards a cosmology that is conformal with FLRW, this one uses a curled-up extra dimension in order to make the metric scalar-flat.
