Lifestyle disorders such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and stress-related conditions are increasing among Indian women. These disorders are often associated with chronic inflammation, which can lead to serious health complications. Yoga, an ancient Indian practice, has gained attention as a natural and effective way to improve health. This paper examines the impact of long-term yogic practices on inflammatory markers in Indian women with lifestyle disorders. It focuses on how yoga influences biological markers such as C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α). The study highlights that regular yoga practice can reduce inflammation, improve mental health, and enhance overall well-being. The paper concludes that yoga can be used as a complementary therapy for managing lifestyle disorders in women.
