Human health is a cornerstone of national development. As India aspires to achieve the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, improving population health through structured awareness, fitness engagement, and nutritional interventions becomes essential. This research paper proposes a phased model integrating fitness and nutrition centers as community-based hubs for promoting health awareness. The study outlines a multi-phase implementation framework, combining education, accessibility, behavioral change, and policy integration. The paper further discusses methodological approaches, expected outcomes, and implications for policymakers, educators, and sports professionals. The findings aim to provide a scalable and sustainable model to enhance public health literacy and physical well-being across diverse socio-economic groups.
