Gao et al. (2026) conducted a cohort in Adverse pregnancy outcomes (n=5,168). Modified Life's Essential 8 (mLE8) cardiovascular health score vs. Lower mLE8 score was evaluated on Pregnancy loss (OR 0.85, 95% CI 0.76-0.95). Each 10-point increase in the gestational modified Life's Essential 8 score was associated with a decreased risk of pregnancy loss (OR 0.85; 95% CI 0.76-0.95) and other adverse pregnancy outcomes.
