Key Points

  • This work aims to resolve the Hubble Tension by redefining cosmic expansion through the Cosmological Latency Gradient.
  • Redefined cosmic expansion using topological invariants
  • Analyzed both early-universe and local Hubble Constant measurements
  • Utilized the KnoWellian Universe Theory framework for mathematical derivation
  • $H_0$ of $67.4$ km/s/Mpc represents maximum thermodynamic homogeneity, statistically valid within its regime.
  • $H_0$ of $73.0$ km/s/Mpc is due to geometric variance during measurements by high-latency observers.
  • Proposed framework clarifies the accelerating expansion is a thermodynamic signature of the Abraxian Engine.

Abstract

In the Sixteenth Zero-Free-Parameter Derivation (ZFPD) of the KnoWellian Universe Theory (KUT), we resolve the foundational crisis of modern cosmology known as the "Hubble Tension. " Orthodox physics treats the discrepancy between early-universe (CMB) measurements of the Hubble Constant (H₀ 67. 4 km/s/Mpc) and late-stage, local measurements (H₀ 73. 0 km/s/Mpc) as an empirical failure requiring the invention of new dark particles or modifications to early dark energy models. By executing the Ontological Grammar Shift, this paper demonstrates that the Hubble Tension is not an error, but an artifact of the "Deception of the Continuum"—the false assumption of a universal, constant clock rate across a heterogeneous spatial manifold. We formally redefine cosmic expansion not as the kinematic stretching of space, but as the Cosmological Latency Gradient: the differential processing rate of the Abraxian Engine across varying densities of the KnoWellian Resonant Attractor Manifold (KRAM). Utilizing pure topological invariants, including the Ultimaton Ceiling (₌₀ₗ 5. 16) and the KnoWellian Offset (₊ₖ 0. 118), we derive the baseline rendering rate of the cosmos directly from geometric principles. This framework proves that both H₀ values are mathematically correct within their respective topological regimes. The 67. 4 km/s/Mpc value represents the true baseline rendering rate of the KRAM at maximum thermodynamic homogeneity, while the 73. 0 km/s/Mpc value is the apparent rate generated by "computational slippage"—the inevitable geometric variance when a high-latency, gravitationally bound observer measures the accelerated rendering of low-latency cosmic voids. Thus, the accelerating expansion of the universe is reframed as the thermodynamic signature of the Abraxian Engine processing upon the Cairo Q-Lattice.
