This framework demonstrates improved neural connectivity in spinal cord injuries, suggesting a new approach for recovery.
This paper proposes the Conductive Scaffold for Spinal Cord Regeneration Bridge (CSRB), a bioengineering framework for complete spinal cord injury (SCI) recovery. The CSRB integrates piezoelectric PVDF-based conductive scaffolds, allogeneic neural stem cell (NSC) transplantation, and a dynamic mechanical stimulation protocol to bridge the lesion gap and restore neural connectivity. Drawing on V=N/D theory from Tendo Economics, the design minimizes the denominator (D = friction, impedance, necrotic volume) while maximizing N (neural density, conductive pathways, regenerative signals). This v2.0 incorporates FDA regulatory roadmap, GMP-compliant cell banking strategy, and competitive landscape analysis.
