This simulator-based model tests how slow branch-level accessibility limits memory linking, highlighting structural challenges.
This repository contains the executable code, simulator outputs, and manuscript source for "Slow Branch-Level Accessibility as a Structural Constraint on Memory Linking". Adopting a simulator-first framework, the model tests how a slow branch-level accessibility variable (Mb) constrains memory linking during replay-dependent consolidation. The framework evaluates structural writing, perturbation-sensitive loss, and targeted rescue across scaled topologies, validating the mechanism against nine alternative comparator classes.
