A pilot pre-post study evaluating the effects of a content-free somatic intervention protocol (Silent Neural Reconfiguration, SNR) on self-reported anxiety and panic-related symptoms. Fifteen participants completed an 8-session standardized intervention without autobiographical disclosure requirements. Results indicate a substantial reduction in anxiety scores and absence of reported panic episodes during follow-up, suggesting potential relevance of somatic-only modulation of affective-autonomic patterns. Findings are preliminary and require validation in controlled studies.
