Theoretical analysis reveals Blackwell dominance in noisy randomized linear settings, suggesting new insights for data interpretation.
This paper develops a Blackwell comparison theory for noisy observations of random linear cocycles. Garbling induces maps between observable quotient cocycles and can only remove Lyapunov exponents. For Gaussian experiments, Blackwell dominance is characterized by Loewner order of information operators, while infinite-path observations yield Cameron–Martin phase splitting and analytic degeneracies produce information-contact filtrations.
