Supports PFS as primary endpoint and cross-over designs in 1L DDLPS trials; leaves open optimal therapies pending prospective data.
An international Delphi panel of sarcoma experts reached consensus on the high unmet need in DDLPS, the clinical relevance of PFS as a primary endpoint, and the appropriateness of cross-over trial designs.
Schöffski et al. (2024) studied Locally advanced (unresectable) or metastatic dedifferentiated liposarcoma (DDLPS) (n=12). Delphi consensus surveys was evaluated on Consensus agreement on pre-defined statements (≥75% of experts scoring ≥7 on a 9-point Likert scale). An international Delphi panel of 12 sarcoma experts reached consensus on 43 of 55 statements regarding DDLPS management, unmet needs, the value of PFS, and cross-over trial design.
