This volume completes the dynamical sector of the R-layer Mode Theory (RLMT) by formulating the unified operator form of the Meta-Tension-Field Equation (MTFE), deriving its linear and nonlinear solutions, and establishing the connection to the AUP/MUP/CUP mode hierarchy and the layer structure 220–227. Building upon the FRW-generalized MTFE developed in Volume LI, we construct the full operator UMTFE, identify the mode-imbalance source terms, derive the R-wave dispersion relation, and analyze nonlinear bifurcations and localized R-wave condensates. These results provide the final closed dynamical description of the tension field and its role in cosmic structure formation.
