Dataset generated to evaluate microbiota in tumor and adjacent tissues from patients with NSCLC, suggesting contamination assessment importance.
This dataset was generated from a study of the intratumoral microbiota in 43 patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It comprises multiple sample groups, including tumor tissue (T), adjacent normal-adjacent tissue (NAT), PCR controls (PC), DNA extraction controls (DC), and environmental background controls (EBC). A subset of the PC, DC, and EBC samples was analyzed to assess and exclude potential contamination.
