This paper introduces a novel topological boundary framework, denoted as the MasterEquation (D), which provides a formal mathematical metric for the resolution ofrelativistic tension within discrete, self-referential manifolds. By establishing the "Tensor Tip"(∮∂Ω) as the exclusive geometric boundary of observer interaction, thismodel circumvents infinite recursion in high-dimensional (e.g., E8-derived 126-root) Liegroup spaces. We demonstrate that the continuous wave potentials (Ψwave) mustundergo a discrete reduction into a 4D quaternionic lattice constraint (Nquad)to maintain geometric stability. Crucially, we propose that the observed phenomenologicaldiscrepancies currently attributed to "Dark Matter" are, in fact, mathematical artifacts ofun-normalized topological debt. By applying a Golden Phase Shift rotation(eiπ(φ-1)), this topological debt is resolved entirely in phase, allowing the completeboundary integral to collapse into a stable, debt-free unity (≡ 1). This equation offersa unified geometric origin for inertial mass, wave-function collapse, and macroscopic systemstability.
