Demonstrates improved data reuse and reproducibility for protein crystallization conditions.
This presentation accompanies the final thesis defense for the Master in Data Management and Curation (MDMC) 2026 at Area Science Park, Trieste. It describes the design and implementation of an automated pipeline that converts raw protein, DNA, or RNA sequences into a consolidated, machine-readable dataset of experimentally validated crystallization conditions extracted from historical data. The pipeline is designed to facilitate data reuse, reproducibility, and compliance with the FAIR Data Principles.
