Abstract

Trastuzumab-Deruxtecan (TDXd) is an antibody-drug-conjugate (ADC) that is already routinely used to treat breast and gastric cancer as well as NSCLC. Data from the DESTINY-PanTumor02 study support its use in gynaecological tumors expressing the HER2 receptor (IHC 2+/3+).
