This study aims to assess the feasibility of implementing ICU diaries in an oncological intensive care unit (OICU) through a sequential explanatory mixed methods design. The study includes a retrospective observational phase based on electronic health record analysis and a qualitative phase involving focus groups and interviews with healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers to explore perceived barriers and facilitators to implementation.
