Compares nab-paclitaxel with standard chemotherapies in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer, indicating its effectiveness.
To compare the real-world effectiveness of nab-paclitaxel to other standard of care (SOC) chemotherapy regimens, including pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PLD), topotecan or gemcitabine in patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (PROC) treated in the first- or second-line setting and assess rates of selected real-world adverse events (rwAEs). Prior COMPASS analyses showed comparable rwPFS and overall survival (OS) for nab-paclitaxel and paclitaxel.
